Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking
- Direct experience covering the technology/software sector
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, and technology business models
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Experience with M&A and transaction execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial investment environment
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment opportunities across technology and enterprise software
- Build and analyze financial models, valuations, and investment cases
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research
- Lead and support financial and commercial due diligence
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations
- Work with management teams, advisors, and transaction partners
- Support portfolio company analysis and strategic initiatives
