About the Role
The firm is seeking to add an Associate to its investment team, for a Summer 2026 start date. This role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including transaction execution and ongoing portfolio company involvement. Associates play a meaningful role in evaluating new opportunities and supporting existing investments, with significant responsibility and visibility from day one.
Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and execution of buyout and growth equity investments across Tech sector
- Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to assess potential investments
- Participate in due diligence, including industry research, management meetings, and third‑party advisor coordination
- Assist in transaction execution, including investment committee materials and deal documentation
Qualifications
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related transactional role
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast‑paced environment with limited hierarchy
- High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology‑enabled businesses
- Willingness to work in‑office on a full‑time basis in New York
