Private Equity Associate - Industrials

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across the industrials sector.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including LBOs, valuation analyses, and returns assessments.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and commercial due diligence.
• Prepare investment committee presentations and materials.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, financing, and negotiations.
• Work with portfolio company management teams on strategic initiatives and value creation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of investment banking or private equity experience, ideally with exposure to industrials.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail.
