What You'll Own
- Direct investing in data center and fiber transactions
- Both credit and equity work: diligence, modeling, structuring, documentation
- Full deal lifecycle exposure from sourcing support through post-close asset management
- Working directly with senior team members on live transactions from week one

Requirements
- 2–4 years of direct investing or relevant transactional experience
- Coverage of digital infrastructure (data centers, fiber, or both)
- Exposure to both credit and equity transactions is a plus
- Background from a specialist or boutique investment bank, or a comparable investment firm
- Strong underwriting, modeling, and written communication skills
