Position Overview
The successful candidate will advise private equity sponsors on complex mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, and portfolio company matters. The role involves drafting and negotiating sophisticated transaction documents, leading deal execution, and supervising junior attorneys.

- 4–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong background representing private equity sponsors in M&A and investment deals
- Experience in the energy industry sector preferred
- Solid deal management and leadership skills
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities
