Private Equity Associate — Deals, Diligence & Valuation

Veritas Partners, a private equity firm in Baltimore, MD, seeks an Associate to join the team.

You will support the firm's investing activity, conduct due diligence on new opportunities, and help prepare financial models and new deal executive summaries. You will also assist with investment committee memorandums and ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies.
