An Am Law firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate with 2-5 years' experience to join its nationally recognised private equity team.

The successful candidate will have experience advising on private fund transactions, including fund formation, investment management, investment joint ventures, and related matters across the private equity, real estate, and private credit asset classes.

Ideal candidate:

• Have 2-5 years of relevant private equity/funds experience.

The role can be based in Dallas, Houston.

Compensation: $235,000-$365,000, depending on experience, qualifications, market factors, and location, together with a highly competitive benefits package.
