Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute private equity investments.
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis.
- Conduct due diligence and industry research.
- Prepare investment committee materials.
- Support transaction execution and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with management teams and external advisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
