Founded in 2017, RiverGlade is currently investing out of Fund II, a $453 million fund targeting companies with $3 million to $20 million of EBITDA.As an Associate, the hire will play a pivotal role in RiverGlade's investment strategy and execution, participating in the full spectrum of the private equity investment cycle from sourcing and diligence to deal execution and portfolio company management, working within lean, collaborative deal teams with day-to-day engagement with RiverGlade's founding Partners.
