Our client, a private equity firm in Baltimore, MD, is currently seeking an Associate to join their firm. The incumbent will support the firm's investing activity and conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models
- Prepare new deal executive summaries
- Support the preparation of investment committee memorandums
- Conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities
- Assist with ongoing monitoring and projects for portfolio companies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Two years of private equity experience
- Experience in investment banking, TAS or M&A also work
