A law firm seeks a Private Equity Associate Attorney in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team advising leading private equity houses and multi-asset managers on a wide range of investment activities.
Duties
- Advise on capital deployment, M&A, and public to private transactions.
- Handle debt and equity financings and refinancings.
- Manage growth and structured investments, co-investments, and syndications.
- Oversee restructurings, asset management, and exits.
- Collaborate with global antitrust, regulatory, and financing experts.
Requirements
- Admission to the Texas Bar is required.
- Preferred class years .
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
