The firm invests flexible capital across sectors including business services, healthcare, consumer, and industrials , partnering closely with management teams on growth, recapitalizations, and buyouts.
The team is seeking a Private Equity Analyst/Asociate to join their South Florida office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Transaction execution and due diligence support.
- Industry and company research.
- Investment analysis and materials preparation.
- Portfolio company monitoring and performance analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of investment banking experience.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to South Florida (Boca Raton area).
