Frasca Hospitality Group is a Colorado restaurant group rooted in the food, wine and hospitality of Italy. Our restaurants include Frasca Food and Wine, Pizzeria Alberico, Tavernetta Denver and Osteria Alberico.
Private dining is a core part of how guests celebrate with us, from intimate wine dinners to full buyouts and corporate gatherings. Every event carries the same standard of care as our dining rooms, and this role helps make that possible.
Lead management
- Respond to and follow up on new inquiries promptly, in the Coordinator's voice and to our response-time standards on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Qualify leads (date, headcount, budget, venue fit) and hand off warm prospects with clear notes
- Archive stale and closed-out leads so the pipeline stays clean and reportable
- Keep the event management system (e.g., Tripleseat) accurate and up to date
Outreach
- Draft outreach on behalf of the Coordinator: past-client re-engagement, holiday and seasonal pushes, corporate prospecting
- Track follow-up cadences and flag opportunities that need the Coordinator's personal touch
BEOs and event details
- Keep deposits, contracts and final payments on track with clear reminders to clients
- Confirm details with kitchen, beverage and floor teams ahead of each event
- Review upcoming BEOs and chase outstanding details with Private Dining Coordinator: final counts, dietary restrictions, timelines, A/V, rentals, florals, wine selections
Menus and event packets
- Design custom event menus in brand templates
- Build and send BEO for each restaurant’s weekly meetings
- Work with Private Dining Coordinator to maintain current menus, packages and collateral for every private dining space
Event support
- Be on site for select events as needed by the Coordinator
Required
- 1+ year in events, private dining, catering sales or restaurant administration
- Exceptionally organized and detail-obsessed; you catch the missing allergy note before anyone else
- Polished, warm written communication that can match someone else's voice
- Comfortable in Google Workspace and an event management system (Tripleseat or similar)
- Basic design skills for menus and packets (Canva, Adobe or similar)
- Self-directed: you work well from a weekly priority list and flag issues early
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Italian food and wine
- Experience in fine dining or a multi-venue restaurant group
- Interest in growing into an event sales or coordinator role
Hours are flexible and built around the event calendar, set bi-weekly with the Private Dining Coordinator within a Saturday–Thursday window. Expect some evenings and weekends when events are on the books. The role starts part-time and can grow toward, but not exceed, 40 hours per week.
- Pay: $25 - $27 USD per hour, based on experience
- Benefits: This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Benefits include restaurant dining discounts, paid sick leave, a 401(k) with a company contribution after one year of employment, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and an alternative transportation incentive program.
