Private Credit Associate

I'm working with a leading private credit platform that is looking to add an Associate to its investment team in Houston .

This is a great opportunity for a strong Leveraged Finance or Credit Banking professional looking to make the move to the buy side and gain meaningful exposure to underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio management across middle-market corporate credit.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Leveraged Finance, Credit Banking, or a related investment banking group
• Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills
• Experience evaluating leveraged / middle-market companies
• Solid understanding of capital structures, debt instruments, and credit fundamentals
• Strong academic background and attention to detail
