Private Credit Associate

Private Credit Opening - Chicago

We are currently working with a top-tier U.S. private credit platform that is looking to add an Associate to its corporate credit investment team in Chicago. This is an amazing opportunity for an investment banker who is looking to move to the buy side or someone coming from a credit investment role who is looking to join a more established platform.

The team focuses primarily on Industrials and Manufacturing, with additional exposure to Technology, and invests across corporate credit opportunities in both sponsor-backed and non-sponsor situations. The strategy is highly research- and credit-driven, with a focus on understanding businesses, evaluating downside risk, and identifying attractive risk-adjusted opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Investment Banking or Private Credit experience, particularly candidates looking to transition to the buy side
• Candidates from leading investment banks are encouraged to apply
• Experience analyzing leveraged loans, corporate credit, acquisition financing, or other debt transactions
• Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills
