Private Client Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney / Senior Associate Attorney - Boca Raton or West Palm Beach, FL
Direct Counsel is seeking a Private Client Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney or Senior Associate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sophisticated trusts and estates matters to join a highly regarded Private Client practice in Florida, with offices in Boca Raton or West Palm Beach.
Ideal candidates will have experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and administration, including succession planning, lifetime giving, retirement asset planning, charitable giving, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies. Candidates should have strong knowledge of relevant state and federal tax laws.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing flexibility with two remote days per week, while also fostering collaboration with the broader Private Client team.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex trusts and estates matters, including tax and succession planning
- Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments
- Support estate and trust administration matters
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including corporate, tax, and probate specialists
- Handle client communication and strategic planning with a high level of professionalism
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sophisticated private client matters, including trusts and estates
- Strong written, verbal, and client service skills
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently and proactively
- Member of the Florida State Bar in good standing (required)
