Privacy Business Systems AnalystLocation: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)Duration: 6+ MonthsJob Description:Gather and analyze Business and Data Requirements, including Business and Data Rules for the Privacy ProjectSchedule and Host Business Requirements meetings with various Business Stakeholders.Influence stakeholders to support the Data Privacy ProjectAssist with project management for selected Privacy Project initiativesCoordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomesTest business processes and recommend improvementsAssist with development of the project roadmapConvert roadmap features into smaller user storiesWrite clear and well-structured business requirements/documentsIdentify automation opportunitiesCreate reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performanceAnalyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvementsCommunicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholdersDevelop and maintain reporting toolsPerform data discovery, analysis and modeling with support from Data AnalystsCollaborate with the Program Manager and Project Manager on roadmap planning and prioritizationNeed to Haves:Business Analysis experience for Business AnalystsData Analysis experience for Data AnalystsExperience on CCPA/CPRA regulatory laws around Data Privacy.Detail OrientedGood Communication SkillsExperience capturing and effectively documenting Business Requirement Documentation (BRD)Experience capturing and effectively documenting Business and Data Requirements, including Business and Data Rules.Aware of Agile and Waterfall practicesSQL and SQL Query familiarityNice to have, but not required:Banking / Financial DomainTechnical knowledge on OneTrust and BigID Privacy applications.Business and Data Analysis experience in combination.
