The practice represents clients nationwide in high-profile litigation, class actions, arbitrations, regulatory investigations, and data security matters across a wide range of industries.Responsibilities:Defend clients in privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer protection litigation mattersHandle state and federal court litigation, including class action mattersDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery-related documentsConduct legal research and develop litigation strategiesAssist with regulatory investigations and enforcement mattersAdvise clients on privacy and cybersecurity risks, compliance issues, and incident response mattersCommunicate directly with clients and coordinate with multiple stakeholders on fast-moving mattersSupport arbitrations, investigations, and complex data privacy disputesQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school2–4 years of litigation experienceExperience with privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, or class action litigation preferredExperience defending claims under privacy statutes such as CCPA/CPRA, TCPA, CIPA/ECPA, CMIA, CEMA, COPPA, BIPA, and/or FCRA preferredExposure to regulatory investigations involving agencies such as the FTC, DOJ, SEC, state attorneys general, or international regulators is a plusExperience with or interest in security incident responseStrong understanding of technology and emerging digital platformsExcellent analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and client-facing experienceAdmitted and in good standing with the California BarCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $235,000 – $310,000 annuallyCompetitive bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package
