Duties
- Manage day-to-day case activities and lead fact investigations.
- Research legal issues and develop litigation strategies.
- Draft pleadings, including answers and motions.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Negotiate with opposing counsel.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Excellent academic and professional credentials.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing client relationships.
- Federal clerkship experience preferred.
- Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act or privacy-related statutes is a plus.
- Good standing in the state of residence.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
