Primarily remote role securing outpatient accounts via insurance verification and prior authorization. Works with physicians, nurses, and financial advocates to resolve authorization issues. Responsibilities Verify eligibility and benefits, create estimates, and submit ICD/CPT codes. Secure prior authorizations, follow up on denials, and maintain documentation. Qualifications Requires two years in a healthcare financial setting. Preferred: prior authorization, insurance, coding, and Epic experience.
