Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to operate duplicating and printing equipment, including software-activated machines
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Computer literacy and comfort working across different platforms
• Able to lift and handle boxes of paper and finished products
• Positive, dependable, and considerate approach to working with others

• Duplo machine experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong time-management skills

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate duplicating, printing, and related equipment to produce graphic arts materials
• Maintain duplicating machines and related equipment
• Bind, collate, staple, and fold printed materials
• Inspect printed jobs for accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Monitor supply levels and initiate orders when stocks are low
• Lift and move paper supplies and completed materials
