Printer Helper – 3rd Shift (11 PM – 7 AM)Pay Range: $20.32 – $23.90 per hourLocation: Franklin, OH.We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Printer Helper to join our 3rd shift operations. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting press operations, preparing materials, mounting plates, mixing ink, cleaning components, and assisting the Press Operator and Shift Lead to ensure efficient production and top-quality printing.Key Responsibilities:Assist Shift Lead and Press Operator with press setup and daily operationsStage all materials, rolls, and ink required for job ordersInspect, clean, and handle plates, sleeves, mandrels, and anilox rollsMount plates using work orders, job jackets, print cards, and MylarMaintain organized plate storage and perform plate maintenanceMix and dispense ink per specifications and monitor pH/viscosityReplace ink totes/drums and complete necessary documentationOperate Flexo-Wash anilox cleaning unit and safely handle cleaning chemicalsReview end-of-roll samples for quality and report issues promptlyUnload, wrap, band, label, and store finished rolls; cut cores as neededPerform other duties as assignedCandidate Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDTeam-oriented with a positive, “can-do” attitudeBasic mechanical and math skills; able to pass print/math testAbility to work in hot environments and around inks/lubricantsPhysical capability for prolonged standing, movement, and equipment handlingAble to lift up to 75 lbs. and move up to 550 lbs.
