Print TechnicianOH Middlefield - Middlefield, OH 44062OverviewSalary Range $26.34DescriptionPrint TechnicianJob PurposeThe purpose of the Print Technician role is to be the leader of the Printing side of our Branding department, working directly under the CoEx, Thermoform, and Printing Supervisor. The Print Technician will be responsible for full operation of the Printing Machines, troubleshooting, minor routine maintenance, and training and leading Print Operators to ensure the efficient operation of the department.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate dry offset printing machines and provide breaks to OperatorsUtilize print set up sheet to properly set up dry offset printerProvide training to Print OperatorsUtilize Quality Inspection Sheet to ensure company product standardsMix and adjust inkManage all changeovers for dry offset printersPerform basic troubleshooting and routine minor maintenance on dry offset printersLocate and sign out parts for printersEnter scrap and flip work orders on MattecQualificationsQualifications and ExperienceMust have a strong working knowledge of the printing process and industrial printers; previous experience with dry offset printers is preferredMust demonstrate troubleshooting and mechanical skillsBasic computer skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsForklift/Tow Motor experience12 hr shift, 7:00p. – 7:00a.
