Project Coordinators are the first point of contact with prospects and customers, so the ability to provide exceptional customer service is vital to the business.Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To)Answering clients' questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-personProcessing incoming leads and promptly creating estimatesCalling clients and prospects to review their estimates, artwork, and ordersGathering and sharing clients' requirements with our graphic designersCreating and reviewing print specs and artwork before production to ensure the printed materials turn out as plannedGenerating sales orders and processing paymentsKeeping clients up to date on the status of their print jobRequirementsExcellent written and oral communication skillsCalm, compassionate, and warm personalityPositive attitude and a strong sense of responsibilityExcellent time management skills with an aptitude for punctualityAbility to multitask while staying organized and attentive to detailsDesired2+ years of customer service experience1+ year of print or sign shop experienceProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignKnowledge of print terminology and design techniquesBenefitsClean, safe, and friendly work environmentWeekends off7 Paid HolidaysPersonal Paid Time OffProfit Share PlanCompensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourAt AlphaGraphics, we offer careers for everyone!
