Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands!Shift Available: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm (training on 1st Shift)Compensation is based on skills and experienceOur full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and much moreKey Responsibilities for Digital Die Cutter include:Proper set-up, operation, quality, and changeover of the die cutter operationsInspecting labels to ensure they are free of errors and/or defectsParticipating in continuous improvement teams including Kaizen events and daily improvement projects, focusing on Lean methodologiesWorking safely, abiding by and promoting established safety policies and procedures; identifying and following-up on unsafe conditionsParticipating in cross-training with an open and positive attitudePerforming required preventive maintenance on assigned Finishing equipmentPreparing and maintaining appropriate documentation for assigned finishing tasks; entering accurate production information including finished product count and start/stop times in the data collection systemThe ideal Digital Die Cutter candidate must demonstrate:Effective time management skills on multiple long- and short-term projects, meeting all related deadlinesWillingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and technologies (tools, hardware, and software)Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a diverse group/variety of people and personalitiesHigh levels of customer service, responding promptly, clearly, concisely, and accurately to the inquires and needs of individuals, both internal and external to the organizationAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all levels of people inside and outside the organizationEducation, Skills, and Experience:Required: High School degree or equivalentRequired: Ability to lift up to 50lbs, as well as stand and bend throughout the shiftRequired: Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in the English languagePreferred: Two or more years in flexographic printing
