Print Operator

Print OperatorOperates client fleet of printing equipment to process banks, mutual funds, transportation, health care type documents and checks, works with scheduling and operations teams to meet clients SLAs. Works during scheduled peak periods printing transaction statements such as month ends, quarter ends and year end type volume. Other responsibilities include:Able to handle multiple printersOperates our client fleet of printers - 288 Nuveras, Versants, Baltoro Ink jet, 157 Nuveras, 1300 c/f Lines and Trivor ink jet equipmentGood verbal and written communicationWorks with FLEX and OOMDetailed orientedWorks well with numbers and can work independentlyPerforms preventive maintenance and quality checks in order to identify and report malfunctioning issuesDocuments and communicates all issues to leads and or managerUnderstands support staff job responsibilities in order to obtain required supportMonitors the equipment on an on-going basis to ensure they are operating correctlyUnderstands and follows instructions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)Completes all required documentationReviews all materials to ensure quality standards are metAddresses troubleshooting issues in order to ensure they are quickly identified and communicated appropriately
