In this hands-on role, you'll operate high-speed digital printing equipment, monitor quality, and help keep customer projects accurate and on schedule.If you enjoy working with technology, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work, this could be a great fit.What You'll DoSet up and operate high-speed laser and inkjet printing equipmentPrepare and coordinate print jobs from setup through completionMonitor print quality and reprint damaged or defective documents as neededStage and safely change paper rollsOperate finishing equipment, including folders, bundlers, and stackersPerform routine equipment cleaning and preventive maintenanceWork with internal teams to resolve production issues and meet deadlinesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructionsDependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independentlyBasic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft OfficePrevious print, copy, or production experience preferredExperience with Adobe Acrobat, Fiery, Prisma, TotalFlow, or roll-fed equipment is a plusWhat We OfferMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and paid holidaysQuarterly bonus opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramCasual work environmentOpportunities to learn, cross-train, and growReady for your next opportunity?
