Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to positively influence solution deployments and customer satisfaction. Frequently contributing to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.This position will support government accounts. Therefore, due to federal export-control regulations, the selected candidate must hold U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent resident/Green Card status or otherwise have a category of refugee/asylee status enabling them to perform the role without requiring a license under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).The selected candidate must hold or be able to hold the security clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly requiredThis is a teleworker role with 1 or 2 days weekly travel to the customer site.This position contributes to the success of delivering and operating in the most complex disciplines, providing highly innovative solutions. May participate in large cross-division, multi-function teams or working within small tightly focused team environments.
Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Will consider a candidate without the clearance but the candidate must be able to get cleared including the Full Scope Polygraph and is confident that they can pass it.Travel: Must be able and willing to travel up to 30% if needed at the customer site.
