To support the Workday PATTS team, the full-time Principal Workday Consultant will ensure successful production support for Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a consultant on multiple client engagements, providing guidance throughout design, configuration, and testing phases Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts for project alignment Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and stay updated on Workday best practices and enhancements Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead consultant with Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions Active Workday Partner certifications in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking are required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proactive approach with a detailed understanding of Workday PATTS processes and best practices Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
