The Opportunity
Matter Labs is looking for a highly skilled Principal UX Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of zkSync. In this role, you will partner with various teams to design a user‑centric experience that will drive mass adoption of blockchain technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop a vision for the user experience of zkSync
- Foster a user‑centered design culture within Matter Labs
- Provide design leadership and direction across the organization
- Collaborate with engineers to translate design vision into reality
- Develop and prioritize design initiatives and roadmaps
Qualifications
- 6+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and web3
- A passion for improving the user experience of web3
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading and inspiring design teams
