Principal User Researcher

To establish a UX research practice, the full-time Principal User Researcher will lead foundational and strategic research initiatives remotely, collaborating across product, design, sales, marketing, and strategy to uncover user needs and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead mixed-methods research to explore user needs, behaviors, and motivations across multiple product areas Design and execute medium to large-scale studies that combine qualitative and quantitative insights Mentor designers and product partners in research best practices, establishing high-quality research standards across teams Required Qualifications 10+ years of UX Research experience with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods Proven track record of leading research that influenced product direction and long-term investments Ability to design and execute mixed-methods research independently Experience in storytelling and synthesizing insights into actionable frameworks Strong systems thinking skills connecting human insight to product architecture and design strategy
