Our client is a leading maker of RF/Microwave ICs for Defense, Wireless and other high growth markets. We are looking for a Principal Test Engineer based in the Greater Boston area, MA.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- This person will work in the Fab, doing Wafer level DC and RF Production Test.
- Manage Process Control Monitoring and provide test data to the Process Team.
- Implement programming for the Test equipment in C++, C# or Python.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- We need a BSEE/BS Physics or advanced degree, with 5 to 15+ years of Wafer or Die level Test.
- Must have experience with PCM, DC Test, and programming of test equipment.
