We are actively seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager with M&A Integration for one of our clients.Location: Santa Clara, California - HybridSalary: $180k per annum (All-Inclusive)Locals PreferredJob Description:M&A Integration Program Delivery:Proven experience leading IT workstreams for acquisitions, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration within one or more enterprise domains.Cross-Domain Execution & Dependency Management:Strong ability to manage complex interdependencies across GTM, CX/Support, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and G&A functions in fast-paced integration environments.Enterprise Platforms & Technology Acumen:Experience coordinating integrations across CRM, customer support platforms, data and analytics stacks, infrastructure, and core enterprise systems.Governance & Stakeholder Management:Ability to drive execution through structured governance, provide executive-ready updates, and facilitate timely decisions across IT and business stakeholders.Hands-On, Independent Execution:Comfortable operating as a contractor in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying risks, driving resolution, and maintaining momentum under tight timelines.
