A day in the life:

As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will support a Cybersecurity Intelligence Team in providing normalization of cyber security data and automation of cyber threat intelligence.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Provide team and technical leadership for the infrastructure support team as they support a variety of projects.
  • Interface with customers regarding systems engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
  • Provide report updates on team efforts.
  • Lead and participate in technical discussions.

What you bring to the table:

  • 20+ years of experience in systems engineering, applying systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases such as concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline from an accredited institution OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree. Less years of experience are required for a higher level of education obtained.
  • Experience with administrating environments in OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with the customer and leading teams.
  • A TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance.

Salary Range:

  • Disclosed pay ranges are guidelines and do not guarantee a final salary. Final compensation considers education, certifications, experience, expertise, and role responsibilities.
  • Projected pay range: $180,000 - $250,000.
