Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform system definition activities for features and DRs, including by defining use cases, requirements, and feature acceptance criteria.
- Supporting cross-IPT development of system and segment level requirements and use cases.
- Implementing requirements verification methodology and traceability.
- Supporting development of interface definitions and integration plans.
- Conducting formal integration and support capabilities-based system level testing of fully integrated complex software and hardware subsystems.
- Evaluating integration and test anomalies and assist disposition and correction of issues as found.
- Performing requirements verification and selloff.
- Providing support to flight test and fielded assets.
- Coordinate with REs and System Test to ensure integrated functions are ready for the test team to formally verify.
- Leveraging your ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, showing your action oriented, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Using your experience supporting Systems Engineering Milestones SRR, PDR and CDR.
- Leveraging your knowledge of experience in full lifecycle of Systems Engineering, including requirements decomposition, test planning, requirements verification and requirements management.
- You will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position. Travel up to 25% may be required.
Basic Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field and 5 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM field 3 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a PhD and 1 year of relevant military / professional experience.
- Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current SAP clearance to program.
- Demonstrated communication and technical writing skills.
- Experience in ICD development and integration.
- Experience in System Test.
- Proven ability to brief technical presentations to stakeholders.
- Experience with multiple disciplines across Systems Engineering, incl. requirements, integration, technical configuration management (CM or Technical Baseline), cyber.
- Experience in DOORS & Atlassian Tool Suite.
- Experience with Agile Design Methodology.

Primary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00.
