What You Will Do

  • Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
  • Radar processing algorithm development.
  • Radar software requirements development.
  • Statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
  • Analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution.
  • Working with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions.
  • Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers.
  • Occasional travel to support mission execution at various facilities and test sites (approximately 5%).
  • Role can be based out of Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with systems: software, hardware, requirements, integration, and/or test.
  • Experience with MATLAB.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architecture on DoD systems.
  • Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments.
  • Design experience in radar system areas such as antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi-sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management and mission planning.
  • Experience with C++, Python, or similar.
  • Experience in developing and managing requirements, including use of DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo or other digital engineering tools.
  • Experience with technical writing and oral presentations.

Salary Range

107,500 USD - 204,500 USD
