Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities – Integration and Test Lead
What You Will Do
- Oversee several missile integration engineers with planning integration of newly developed missile sub-assemblies.
- Support complex integration and test events including the development of test beds needed for system level integration and test of missile sub-assemblies.
- Coordinate the resources and execution of events in the various test facilities.
- Manage tools used for documenting and communicating the complex flow of integration activities and showing coordination of resources.
- Write and review integration and verification documentation, such as test plans, procedures, test cases, and reports from the development project team.
- Help with the review and analysis of test data to identify and resolve system performance issues with integration and verification.
- Compile, summarize, and present data analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and external customers.
- Collaborate across engineering functions to drive performance and resolve issues.
- Work closely with operations and manufacturing teams.
- Travel as needed (up to 10%) to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations occurring primarily during first shift and part time section shift hours.
Qualifications – You Must Have
- Typically requires Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 engineering experience.
- Experience with missile sub-assembly integration and test, including methods and processes.
- Ability to travel to support test events.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an interim secret U.S. security clearance prior to the start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications – We Prefer
- Experience with integration and test of missile systems, RF subassemblies, and/or CCAs.
- Experience with developing simulation scenarios to evaluate system performance.
- Experience analyzing large sets of system performance data using data analysis tools (such as MATLAB), for the purpose of completing requirement verification.
- Experience interfacing with internal and external customers, and finding technical solutions to complex requirements.
- Experience with generating technical documentation in support of requirements integration and verification, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
