Our client is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to play a key role in the development, integration, testing, and verification of next-generation Extravehicular Activity (EVA) systems, including advanced spacesuits, support equipment, tools, and training systems used in human spaceflight missions.

- Lead end-to-end systems engineering activities across complex EVA systems
- Drive requirements development, traceability, architecture definition, and system integration
- Plan and execute verification and validation (V&V) strategies, test campaigns, and requirements closure activities
- Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, program management, and customers
- Evaluate design impacts, monitor development progress, and resolve technical challenges
- Support system performance assessments, testing, risk mitigation, and configuration changes
- Present technical plans, test results, and status updates to leadership and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of Systems Engineering & Integration experience
- Strong background in requirements management, system architecture, integration, testing, and V&V
- Experience leading technical efforts in highly regulated, mission-critical, or complex engineering environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve challenging technical problems, and drive execution
- Passion for innovation and advancing human spaceflight

Additional Information
- Onsite position in Houston, Texas
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information subject to ITAR, EAR, and applicable U.S. regulations
