The systems analyst will have a strong background in digitization and ideally a good grasp of BPM and workflow technologies and how they enable great experiences for customers and associates alike.

The ideal candidate should show ease at making personal connections, be confident in leading and constructively challenging with a dedicated approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles.The Expertise and Skills You Bring7- 8+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutionsProven experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systemsExperience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in generalExperience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, Splunk and APIs preferredUnderstanding of Java, NodeJS and Typescript desirableExperience with Agile development methodologiesKnowledge of scrum tools – Jira and Jira Align experience desirableExcellent analytical skillsBachelor’s Degree Computer Science or related technology discipline preferredExperience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google CloudExperience working with capabilities and systems like AWS Step Functions, Camunda BPM, XTRAC, Salesforce.com and Appian are desirableExperience working on enterprise platforms with a large customer baseExperience with projects that have a multi-regional footprint and high impactThe TeamAdvanced Process Solutions is an organization focused on workflow, digitization, and automation across Fidelity’s businesses.
