Performing System Safety Program or Design analysesPlacement in challenging or under-performing programs with the expectation of improvement of the safety programManaging multiple large system safety programs or a safety product lineInterfacing with key stakeholders (e.g. customers, program offices, subcontractors, vendors)Mentoring multiple Jr. EngineersPreparing Safety Assessment Reports and Safety Program Briefs for Customer ApprovalStreamlining processes and reports across a product line for improved efficiencyInterpreting system requirements, customer specifications and military standardsPreparing internal and customer reports describing various analyses relevant to the System Safety program
