We are seeking a Supply Planning Analyst (Senior or Principal) to join our Integrated Operations (IOPS) team, supporting Commercial and Clinical programs in a cross-functional environment. In this role, you will own end-to-end supply planning across advanced therapy modalities — including siRNA, AAV-based gene therapies, LNP platforms, and CRISPR-based medicines — while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and Commercial teams.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Troy, New YorkWork model: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pmDiscover your role:Lead end-to-end supply planning for assigned Clinical and Commercial programs, ensuring uninterrupted supply across advanced therapy modalitiesExecute master production scheduling (MPS), material requirements planning (MRP), demand management, and inventory management for assigned programs and sitesBuild and maintain inventory reports accounting for complex manufacturing requirements, shelf-life constraints, and cold-chain considerationsDesign and implement statistical models, simulations, and algorithms to forecast and quantify operational and supply chain performance metricsGenerate dashboards, data visualizations, and advanced Excel tools that communicate analytical insights and drive informed planning decisionsSupport Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes by consolidating data and facilitating information flow across demand, supply, and integration functionsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, disciplined planning in alignment with GMP requirements and audit readiness standardsExecute advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to design complex planning tools and models with strong working knowledge of MPS, MRP, demand management, and inventory management principlesPrevious experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced therapy manufacturing and familiarity with regulatory and supply chain considerations specific to advanced therapy modalities (siRNA, AAV, LNP, CRISPR) is preferredThis role requires:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a Science disciplineSenior Analyst: 5+ years of supply chain experiencePrincipal Analyst: 8+ years of supply chain experienceMaster's degree (MBA, MS Supply Chain, or life sciences) and/or APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plusMay consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
