Principal Structural Engineer (Defence & Security)

Remote (UK) with occasional site visits | Permanent | Up to £75,000 (DOE) | Security Clearance required

What you'll be doing

Leading and delivering complex structural engineering work across multiple projects
nActing as the senior technical authority, providing guidance, direction, and design assurance
nManaging and supporting design teams, including mentoring engineers
nCoordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders (clients, contractors, internal engineering teams)
nProducing and reviewing technical reports, calculations, and design documentation
nEnsuring all work is delivered to required safety, quality, and compliance standards

What we're looking for

Significant experience delivering structural design in complex engineering environments
nComfortable taking ownership as a technical lead / principal engineer (design authority mindset)
nStrong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels
nDegree (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering (or a closely related discipline)
nMust be a British and able to obtain/hold the appropriate UK security clearance (or already security cleared)
