Collins Aerospace has the capabilities, comprehensive portfolio, and expertise to solve customers' toughest challenges and to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving global market.Collins Aerospace Environmental and Airframe Control Systems (EACS) is looking for an individual who is familiar with cost-reimbursement, fixed price and time/material contracts related to Government direct and indirect programs.You will work closely with the Value Stream Manager and other IPT team members. You will participate in the proposal process, serving as a Contract's lead, providing advice and counsel to the program team, leading negotiations with the customer and ensuring proper execution of contracts and agreements. Additionally, you will provide all post-award contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, regulations, corporate policies and best practices.

You will have the ability to provide contractual guidance and be capable of executing in a fast-paced, high impact/visible environment.This is a hybrid position located in Windsor Locks, CT. The expectation would be 3-4 days onsite.
