To support a growing Professional Services organization, the full-time Principal Solutions Architect will build and scale service offerings, drive strategic customer outcomes, and enable cross-functional success while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and codify repeatable reference architecture patterns for Docker's core use cases to ensure consistent engagement across customers and partners Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, leading technical discovery and architecture engagements for modern containerization and AI workflows Drive alignment and decision-making across multiple stakeholders, translating field insights into actionable product and services strategies Required qualifications 7+ years as a Professional Services Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role at a SaaS/infrastructure company or consulting firm Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying self-hosted and air-gapped deployment architectures Enterprise integration experience across Identity Providers and federated identity protocols Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its application to agentic AI toolchains Deep understanding of container and software supply chain security practices
