This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.Job DescriptionLead the architecture, design, and development of complex real-time embedded software for navigation and timing solutions supporting military ground, airborne, and maritime applications.
Drive technical excellence across all phases of the software engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture definition, design, code development, integration, verification, and documentation. Provide technical leadership to cross-functional software teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering discipline. Serve as a senior technical authority for production test solution software, defining strategies and ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable test applications. Guide teams in developing software that complies with customer expectations and certification standards, ensuring both functionality and regulatory compliance.
Participate and lead Agile ceremonies, promoting transparency, technical rigor, and predictable delivery.
