As a Principal SoC Architect, you'll be responsible for leading end to end SoC architecture of their chips.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of key SoC blocks and their interfaces
- You’re comfortable making trade-offs under constraints (PPA, schedule, cost)
- You’ve worked with architecture, RTL, firmware, and bring-up teams and across the full life cycle of SoC development
- Experience with PCIe Gen5 or higher, industry standard scale-up / scale-out interconnects, and UCIe integration
- Experience with HBM/LPDDR memory subsystem architecture, bandwidth modeling, and memory controller integration
- Control path design including CPU complex, boot flows, security, power/reset/clocking
- Close collaboration with RTL, firmware, validation, and packaging teams
- Silicon bring-up, debug strategy, and performance tuning
Bonus Points
- Early stage SoC development in a start-up environment
- Experience with chiplet or multi-die SoCs is a strong plus
- Experience with AI accelerators, GPUs, or high-bandwidth networking silicon
