Leading agile delivery at an enterprise level, the full-time remote Principal Scrum Master will manage multiple teams to develop and implement agile solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Manage agile solution development and delivery, promoting a structured, iterative approach for rapid value delivery Guide Scrum teams in following Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate key scrum ceremonies Identify and address systemic impediments to team agility, collaborating with Product and Technical teams for process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, project management, and analytics engineering solutions At least three years of experience as a practicing agile Scrum Master A minimum of five years of experience in solution delivery leadership, particularly in information management and data engineering Experience with Azure DevOps is strongly preferred
