You’ll join SEON’s Revenue Systems function, working closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, IT, and Security, and reporting to the Director of Revenue Systems. This role is ideal for a senior builder-operator who can bring structure to complexity, improve how our commercial teams work, and raise the scale and reliability of our GTM systems foundation.
This role offers flexibility and can be based anywhere in the United States with a remote setup, including occasional travel to our other offices
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Redesign and optimize how Deal Desk coverage works globally, with a particular focus on ensuring strong support during US and North American business hours
Assess the current Deal Desk model, including request volume, response times, escalation paths, and handoffs, and design a scalable model with clear ownership, SLAs, and backup coverage
Build a structured intake and triage process for deal desk requests, including deal structuring, pricing approvals, non-standard terms, and quote-to-close escalations, so requests are routed to the right owner and resolved quickly
Design and deploy automation and AI agents to handle routine pricing approvals, non-standard contract routing, and other repetitive deal desk work
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to define approval matrices, streamline handoffs, and remove bottlenecks across quote-to-cash
Optimize DealHub and HubSpot configuration to support the coverage model, including approval workflows, routing rules, and deal desk reporting
Audit existing sales workflows to identify administrative overhead and simplify, automate, or delegate repeatable work through systems and AI
Document the coverage model in clear playbooks and SOPs, and put cross-training in place so support remains strong during absences and peak periods
Define and track deal desk performance metrics such as turnaround time, approval cycle time, and escalation rates, and use them to drive continuous improvement and surface friction points to sales leadership
Own the intake process for GTM systems requests, including request submission, requirements gathering, scoping, and prioritization in partnership with the Director of Revenue Systems
Maintain a centralized inventory of active, planned, and completed revenue systems projects, with status, owners, dependencies, and business impact
Run projects end to end by gathering requirements from stakeholders, writing clear specifications, managing timelines, coordinating testing, and leading rollout and change management
Give stakeholders and leadership regular visibility into project status, capacity, priorities, and tradeoffs
Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and AI-enabled workflows that automate GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Deal Desk
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including LLM platforms, agent frameworks, and integration standards, and recommend where they can deliver meaningful business value
Create and maintain an AI build catalog, a living record of every AI agent and automation in production, including purpose, owner, data sources, systems touched, and performance
Set standards for AI build documentation, testing, monitoring, and governance so agents remain reliable, secure, and maintainable as they scale
Manage the GTM SaaS tech stack, including tool inventory, ownership, contract and renewal tracking, license utilization, and integration mapping
Lead or support implementations and integrations of new GTM tools, making sure data flows cleanly between systems
Identify overlap, underused tools, and consolidation opportunities to optimize cost and reduce complexity
Partner with IT, Security, and Finance on vendor evaluations, security reviews, and procurement
Create and maintain a system role matrix that defines user roles, permission levels, and access rights across revenue systems
Establish provisioning and deprovisioning processes tied to onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
Run periodic access reviews to support security, compliance, and audit requirements
Administer core revenue systems, including HubSpot and DealHub, covering configuration, workflows, properties, automation, and user management
Maintain data integrity across systems through clear data models, validation rules, and regular data hygiene work
Handle system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support users across the revenue organization
Keep system documentation, release notes, and change logs up to date
WHAT YOU'll BRING:
10+ years of relevant experience in revenue systems, revenue operations, business systems, or GTM operations, ideally in B2B SaaS
A proven track record of leading complex implementations and integrations across CRM, CPQ, and adjacent GTM systems
Deep hands-on experience administering revenue systems, with HubSpot and DealHub experience strongly preferred
Practical, current experience with the latest AI technologies, including building AI agents and AI-enabled workflows for business processes
Excellent requirements gathering skills, with the ability to turn business needs into clear technical specifications
Strong project management skills, including managing multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholders
Solid relational data management skills, including data modeling, object relationships, and working with data across integrated systems, with SQL proficiency a plus
Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle and Deal Desk operations, including pricing, approvals, contracting, and provisioning
A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and IT, and to influence without direct authority
Excellent documentation and process design skills
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity, security, and operational rigor
AMAZING IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
Experience with workflow orchestration and integration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n
Experience designing Deal Desk coverage models for distributed or multi-region sales teams
