Responsibilities
- Analyze inline defect signals, process flows, and tool behavior to detect anomalies
- Quarantine and escape out‑of‑control process tools
- Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven problem solving
- Implement and refine inspection strategies to enable earlier defect detection
- Partner with global teams to align methods and share best practice
- Work with new inspection tools and strategies to drive toward earlier detection of problems and identify the sources
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years semiconductor manufacturing, RDA, or metrology experience in a 300mm fab
- Experience using data analytics, scripting, or programming for process optimization
- Ability to manage complex quality programs and collaborate across global teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree + 1 year or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Experience with advanced metrology and defect detection methodologies
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with root‑cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlation techniques
