Selmet is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to lead quality engineering for our precision titanium castings in Springfield, OR. In this on-site role, you will own advanced quality planning, process control, and problem solving for aerospace and defense components. You will develop control plans and PFMEA, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, and support AS9100 and customer audits.
Partnering closely with engineering and operations, you will reduce defects and scrap, improve capability, and mentor the quality team in data-driven, continuous improvement practices.
